The European Youth Eco-Parliament brings together hundreds of European youth groups (ages 13-15) to cooperate in producing a European White Paper for the Environment. This White Paper will be delivered to the European Parliament in September 2004 by a delegation of 100 youths who have been elected by their organisations. The realisation of the White Paper will be the result of collaborative work via this website.
The general principles of the educational programme of the European Youth Eco-Parliament are to use observation and analysis to find solutions for local environmental problems, as well as to broaden the frame of reference to seek solutions at a Europe-wide level.
